DEAF SHEEP by steve finnell
Can deaf sheep be saved? Can sheep who proclaim the Jesus is one of many ways to heaven be saved? Can sheep who deny the words of Jesus by stating water baptism is not essential to salvation be saved?
John 10:7-18.... 8 All who came before Me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not hear them. 9 I am the door; if anyone enters through Me he will be saved.....(NASB)
John 10:25-30...26 But you do not believe because you are not of My sheep. 27 My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me......(NASB)
If men hear the voice of Jesus would they say Jesus is just one of many ways to heaven?
John 14:6 Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth , and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.(NASB)
What kind of sheep say Jesus is just one of many ways to the Father? Would that not be deaf sheep? Deaf sheep do hear the voice of Jesus.
Mark 16:16 He who has believed and has been baptized shall be saved; but he who disbelieves shall be condemned.(NASB)
There has to a serious hearing impairment not to hear Jesus when He said "Has been baptized shall be saved." Can deaf sheep be saved?
Those who deny that Jesus is the only savior and that water water baptism is not essential for salvation are many.
Deaf sheep are a major problem when it come to spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ. What is puzzling is that many church leaders use books and study guides written by deaf sheep as teaching tools.
Jesus said His sheep hear His voice. Why anyone would use deaf sheep as spiritual guides is the big mystery.
None of the apostles said that Jesus was just one of many ways to heaven. None of the apostles said water baptism was not essential to have sins forgiven.
The apostles heard the voice of Jesus. The apostles did not use the writings of deaf sheep to learn about Jesus Christ.
No apostle ever quoted deaf sheep in a positive light.
