SALVATION IS SIMPLE!  by steve finnell

Salvation is simple, however, men make it difficult.

SALVATION

GRACE
FAITH
REPENTANCE
CONFESSION
IMMERSION IN WATER (BAPTISM)

Grace: Titus 2:11 For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men. (NKJV)

Grace is available to all because Jesus shed his blood on the cross for the sins of all men.

Faith: John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. (NKJV)

Repentance: Acts 2:38 Then Peter said to them, "Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.(NKJV) Acts 2:38 And Peter replied, "Each one of you must turn from sin, return to God, and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and then you also shall receive this gift, the Holy Spirit. (The Living Bible-Paraphrased)

Confession: Romans 10:9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. (NKJV)

Water Immersion [Baptism]: 1 Peter 3:21 There is also an antitype which now saves us, namely baptism (not the removal of the filth from the flesh, but an answer of a good conscience toward God), through the resurrection of Jesus Christ, (NKJV)

Salvation is simple. Grace, faith, repentance, confession, and water immersion. Salvation is possible in a hour, more or less. No good works are required. No law keeping is mandated. No good deeds are needed.
